This semi-detached cottage also has an enclosed garden, shared with the property next door. Here, you have your own seating area and charcoal barbecue, perfect for summer feasts. There is a large garage at the side of the property where you are welcome to store sports equipment such as golf clubs, bikes, surfboards etc. There is also a tap for washing off wetsuits.

Being situated in the heart of Roserrow Estate, you are just a short stroll from the The Point at Roserrow Golf and Country Club boasting a restaurant and bar, tennis and paddle court, 18 hole golf course and health club offering a gym, spinning room, indoor pool, sauna and steam room.
