This 2-bedroom 2 bath beachfront vacation rental has a sweet country cottage feel! Witness spectacular views of Perdido Key's remarkable sunrise & sunsets. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bath with garden tub/shower while the second bedroom hosts 2 full beds and adjacent hall bath featuring the traditional tub/shower combo. The living room consist of a sleeper sofa with oversized plush chairs. The large country style dining room table seats 6 with additional breakfast bar seating. Plenty of room for family & friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything the family chef will need including both a drip & Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy the evening relaxing on the balcony with your favorite cocktail.
SeaSpray offers a well-maintained fitness center, hot tub, 3 refreshing pools (pools are open daily from 9am until dusk). With a traffic-controlled pedestrian walkway, you can enjoy a game of tennis/pickleball right across the street at our Riverside building. Explore the beautiful landscaping surrounding the propane grill house, kayak rack and private marina dock & boat launch.
Minimum age to rent is 25 year old.
Parking passes are managed by VRPS (Vacation Rental Parking). Guest will receive an invitation to register up to 2 vehicles per condo: $55.00 plus tax, per vehicle, per stay. Any vehicle not registered will be ticketed, booted or towed at vehicle owner's expense. Boat/Trailer registration fee $350.00 per week or $55.00 per day.

There are (2) Level 2 Blink Electric Vehicle Chargers at SeaSpray Condos in the Riverside parking lot. The 2 spaces are near the maintenance shop.

The condo is very nice, but if you have mobility issues, the Master en-suite bathtub will be very hard for you to use. You have to step over a tall tub that also has a wide lip on it which you have to set on and try to swing your legs over the faucets to get in and out of. Also the humidifier that ran constantly in the living room was very noisy and made it difficult to carry on conversations without raising your voices. It could be heard in the bedrooms. Other than those two issues, it was a very nice condo.
