Renovated studio condominium steps away from Snowmass Ski Area. Cozy up in front of your own personal wood-burning fireplace, or enjoy our onsite two-tier hot tubs after a full day of skiing. Featuring a queen bed, a queen pull-out sofa & full kitchen, make this studio your home away from home while enjoying all Snowmass Village has to offer. Perfect for families of four, romantic getaways, or ski trips with friends.
Laurelwood 304 is located right off Snowmass Mountain, featuring incredible ski-in, ski-out access. Located in the heart of Snowmass Village, you are steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more.
Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Laurelwood, there are two tiered hot tubs available for guest use, which is a great way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking.
Parking is owned by the town of Snowmass Village, and is a charge of $20.00/day during ski season only. Other times of the year, parking is free. During winter you will need to purchase a parking pass from the front desk upon arrival.
On-site at Laurelwood, there are several coin operated washer/dryers available for use. Detergent is available for purchase at the front desk, or you may bring your own. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but a box fan is provided in the bedroom closet and it is highly effective in cooling the room down quickly.
We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember!

My wife loved the decor! The picture of bear over the fireplace was her favorite! Loved the owl, deer and moose as well. The condo was comfortable and well appointed. The location could not be much better for ski in/out. Property management was available, pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend this home!

When we got home we realized how comfortable we were at your place. Everything was right there with easy access to the ski slope! We loved it!
