This cozy apartment, located in Puerto de Pollensa, sleeps 4 people and has been completely renovated in a modern style. It boasts an excellent location, just a few meters from the beach and the boardwalk with its restaurants, shops, cafes, and marina.
The building has separate entrances to the apartment block and the pool area, which features a sunbathing area and lounge chairs. The kitchen is open to the living room, with large windows and access to the terrace, which is ideal for al fresco breakfasts or dinners. The abundance of natural light makes the apartment a very bright and comfortable space.
The apartment also features a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower. It has air conditioning and heating in the living room and bedrooms to make your stay much more pleasant. This building has a courtyard with a communal pool where you can take a dip in the summer, sunbathe, or sit down to read a book.
Take advantage of the endless possibilities Pollensa has to offer, such as exploring the various hiking trails through the Serra de Tramuntana—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—and discovering coves with turquoise waters. We loved how close it was to the beach. The property itself is a good space and the bathroom was lovely and new.
It stated on the description that there was a safe in the property, but there was not. We also felt that the latch on sliding balcony doors were quite weak. As it was a ground floor apartment we felt this was quite unsafe.
