We had the best time at W2101 and at Panama City Beach. This was our first time staying in this unit but not our first time staying at the splash resort. This unit was clean and spacious. Check in and check out was so easy. Nicole was a wonderful host. What I really love about this unit is the bedrooms are basically sound proof amd there is a small area off the bunk area that was great for kids to have some space to their self. We had a large age range of kids, youngest being 2.5 and oldest being 13, the big kids were able to play their video games when it was raining or at night with out disturbing the little kids while they were sleeping. This unit had lots of beach toys and a wagon in one of the closets for the kids to use too. And the best part is we slept great, we never sleep good on vacation, but this time we did. Everyday we woke up feeling rested. We cant wait to be back at W2101.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Rooms were clean and super spacious; and we were able to do most things available at the resort. Our family enjoyed the stay and there was plenty of space to sleep for 10 people. There were no obstructions of the beach view and I loved that all rooms had their own access to their own balconies. Thank you to our host for making our accommodations comfortable and being readily available when needed.

I’d love to start with the positive….the views are incredible. They did not disappoint! The condo is spacious and the balconies are large. Our experience started with not receiving our letter with the information on the condo number and code until 30 minutes after we were supposed to be able to check in and only after sending an email. Getting into the condo late made us late getting to the rehearsal dinner for the wedding we were there for. That was stressful and frustrating. The decor while pretty was in need of some repairs. One of legs on one of the dressers was broken and canted, kind of propped up. We did email with our concern of this and there was not a reply. The couch was nice and comfy but dirty. The walls and baseboards were very dirty with multiple places where they had spackled but did not paint and other places that needed spackling but wasn’t. There were several places where it looked like something was dripping all down the walls. The sliding glass doors were so hard to open and close and were loud when trying to slide them. The description on the site said, “Our Penthouse Splash condo has been fantastically updated with gorgeous, high-end furniture and décor and features high-end, brand new HDTVs, and updated patio furniture to enhance your sunset viewing experience.” The furniture on the patio is a couple of Adirondack chairs on the main one and a high top table with 2 chairs. One of the same chairs on the other small master balcony and none on the other
