Haus Waldluft, Apartment Buche, Sahlenburg The 2-room, non-smoking vacation apartment “Buche” (approx. 45 m²) is located in a quiet area, just a few steps from the idyllic Wernerwald. The apartment is on the first floor and features a separate entrance, offering added convenience.
The vacation apartment is currently being renovated and modernized in stages. It already features a bedroom with a large double bed and a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (approx. 140 × 190 cm) and cable TV. A separate kitchen with a stove, microwave, and refrigerator, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub (including a shower) and a toilet, are available.
The furnishings are currently simple, clean, and fully functional. Once the renovation work is complete, the apartment will be even cozier and more modern.
The vacation home is located in a single-family house and serves as an ideal starting point for leisurely walks through the Wernerwald forest to the sandy beach of the North Sea.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Bed linens and towels can be booked as an add-on for an additional fee. A parking space and bicycle storage are available.

Visitor’s tax
As the property owner or rental agency, we are obligated to collect the applicable visitor’s tax on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the accommodation price for handling and processing your booking.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the accommodation price. Upon request, you can conveniently add a bed linens and towel package for €30 per person. This way, you can arrive stress-free with light luggage.

We provide the following amenities for each guest:

- two trash bags/compostable bags
- one dish towel
- one roll of toilet paper
