This house was completely redone and redecorated in 2021, respecting the charm of the place.
It is located 2' walk from the sea and the shops of the Pointe Rouge and 5' walk from the Calanques National Park and its countless hikes.
Accessible by bus, or by car, with the possibility of parking a car in the driveway.
The house is 60m2 (50m2 Carrez) and has an exterior of 80m2, a table and garden furniture, BBQ, Wifi. It consists of a small bedroom with a double bed, a living room/kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, as well as a mezzanine open to the living room. The mezzanine is under the roof and offers a double bed in a small alcove out of sight.
Ideal for 2 to 4 people maximum, or solo to come and telework in peace and enjoy the sea in the evening.
