Fast wifi, Smart TVs in living and master, Netflix and Prime provided. City park and library are 3 minute walk. Also secure bike and travel storage room off the courtyard. Brand new!

Wonderful stay in Grand Junction. We came in for the week for my son's wedding and chose this property mainly on location. We were thrilled with how well decorated the home and furnishings were. Tom has supplied everything you need for you to have an enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this property for your visit to Grand Junction.

Tom’s place was immaculate and close to downtown Grand Junction but far enough to be away from any noise. The entire place was stocked with anything that you could think of, including local chocolate and muffins to bake if you wanted. We are planning on rebooking for graduation! A perfect place to stay!
