Very clean property, and host was accommodating and prompt with any communication.

Really enjoyed our stay. House was very clean, and was minutes from the beach. Host was very responsive to messages. I thought price was quite reasonable. Mosquitoes were not nearly as bad as I had heard they would be.

We had a great stay. Plenty space and great layout. Nicely supplied. Matt was an amazing help. Hopefully back next 4th!

There was so much standing water when we arrived that we could not see the driveway to get to it. The owner offered us another place, smaller and less desirable but a place for us to stay. We moved into the place I rented the next day. The mosquitoes were vicious because of all of the rain but the house was great, with a porch we enjoyed a lot. The beach was great, too.
