Welcome to Four Zero Six @ Ryedale House - This fabulous 2 bedroom property, showcasing a beautifully designed interior, is situated in Ryedale House. This is an exclusive, private development in the heart of York’s historic core, beside the River Foss.
Entering into the apartment you immediately know that you are in for a treat - from the beautiful light fittings, large comfortable beds, two ensuites and the fabulous dressing area in the master bedroom, the finish in the apartment immediately provides an air of luxury.
Moving into the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area for the first time, you will be struck by the amazing amount of natural light coming into the apartment from the floor to ceiling windows. There is a comfortable seating area with an LCD TV with an additional seating area right in the corner of the room, where you can take full advantage of the view whilst indulging in your morning coffee or evening tipple.
The kitchen area has been designed to the highest standards and features premium Neff appliances throughout. With the addition of a De'Longhi espresso maker and even the added luxury of your own cocktail bar and wine fridge, perfect for preparing your favourite aperitifs, you have everything at your finger tips.

2nd stay at the apartment. Nothing to fault the stay at all. Good value for money for 2 couples as opposed to hotels. Luxury throughout. Easy to deal with, responded quickly to any questions. We will be booking again for next year.

I booked this apartment for a 4 day surprise birthday treat for a best friend & it didn't disappoint! The standard of equipment & range of facilities was excellent. We were extremely comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring York & being able to leave our car in the secure private car park was perfect. We were very impressed with the security for the building. There is a Tesco local & Sainsbury's local within a few minutes walk which were very useful. Overall, this property is a little gem.

This was visit number 6, I will never stay in a hotel in York again. Ryedale House offers so much more, good location, comfortable , spacious , well equipped kitchen, I will definitely be back

The place had pros and cons. The place was only superficially cleaned, we had to wash the interior of the fridge ourselves as well as all the dishes and the cutlery holder. Our stay was longer than 12 nights which entitled us to one weekly clean - we had to email multiple times (at first to no response) to have someone come and clean a day before we left. The beds weren’t very comfortable and the place had no A/C (two fans were provided) which in the summer isn’t enough. The river views shown in the brochure aren’t anywhere near the reality of the mossy green swamp next to a construction site it really looks like. The kitchen area is spacious and I was able to work from home with my screens there for two weeks, the building looks nice and the parking is convenient. The storage space inside the apartment was very good and the bathrooms well kitted out. The Location is very good - close enough to the city centre and right next to supermarkets and restaurants. A good solid apartment with decent amenities but I wouldn’t rank it luxurious.
