Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Y-12 and the wider Oak Ridge employment corridor are within easy reach, while Farragut and the restaurants, shops and entertainment at Turkey Creek are less than 15 minutes away.

For recreation, guests can enjoy nearby Fort Loudoun, Melton Hill, Tellico and Watts Bar lakes, together with the many boating, fishing, hiking and outdoor opportunities found throughout East Tennessee.
