In this brand-new studio apartment near downtown, you’ll enjoy all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay.
Close to all amenities (grocery stores, pharmacy, movie theater, etc.), a bus stop is located 300 meters from the apartment. You can reach downtown, the beach, the airport, the ferry terminal, and the train station in 5–10 minutes.
Free parking is available in the residence.
THE APARTMENT:
Located in a new residence, this spacious 33-square-meter studio offers a harmonious living space with a modern style, ideal for making the most of your visit to the Imperial City.
The apartment, fully furnished and equipped and featuring a very high-speed internet connection (fiber), includes:
- A beautiful living area featuring a BZ sofa bed that converts to a 140-sized bed with a high-quality mattress, a coffee table, and a TV.
- A kitchenette with a small counter and 2 high chairs, an oven, a stovetop, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a washing machine.
- A large bathroom with a shower, toilet, storage cabinet, and hair dryer.
- A balcony with a small table and two chairs.
- An entryway with a wall-mounted closet, a dresser, an iron, and a fan.
ACCESS:
The apartment is located on the first floor with an elevator and free parking in the complex.
I’ll be there to welcome you upon your arrival. I’d also be happy to recommend activities, must-see attractions, and great spots in my city and the surrounding area.
The apartment is a 5- to 10-minute drive from Ajaccio’s Historic Center. You can also get around by bus (there’s a bus stop 300 meters from the apartment), by scooter (available for rent on a pay-as-you-go basis), by bike, or on foot.
The studio is accessible by bus from the airport (Line 8, then Lines 2, 3, or 4) and the ferry terminal (Lines 2, 3, or 4).
(Car rentals are available upon request and subject to availability).
