Our 82 m² duplex is spread over two levels.

On the first floor, you’ll find:

A bright, south-facing living room with a fully equipped open kitchen:
Refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven.
Induction cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker (Nespresso and drip), toaster, kettle.
A dining area that seats 8 people
A living area with a sofa, armchair, and TV for relaxing.
One bedroom (14 m²): Queen-size bed (160 cm) by Emma, large closet, and dresser.
A bathroom with a washing machine and a separate toilet.

The upper floor consists of:

A second bedroom (13 m²): Double bed (140 cm) with a closet.
A large bedroom (20 m²): It is equipped with two trundle beds—one that converts into two single beds and another that converts into a double bed (160 cm). A small south-facing balcony is accessible from this bedroom. A variety of games are available for children.
A second bathroom and a separate toilet.

Amenities

Included in your stay: Linens (sheets, towels, dish towels), Wi-Fi, and a welcome kit for your first few days (toilet paper, sponge, etc.).
Baby amenities: A travel crib, high chair, and stair gate are available.
For children: A selection of books, games, and toys is available in the master bedroom.

Arrival and Access

Self-check-in: starting at 4:00 PM.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM.
The apartment is on the first floor and there is no elevator.
You’ll find a set of keys upon arrival in the key box on the apartment door. The residence has two entrances: one on the parking lot side and one on the ocean side.
By car: A private parking space (No. 64) is reserved for you within the residence.
By public transportation: For those traveling without a car, access is very easy. The Nomad 101 bus, departing from the Caen train station, has a stop right next to the residence: the Aristide Briand stop. It will drop you off just a few steps from your accommodation.
