Beautiful property with beautiful view of downtown Banner Elk. We enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the music from town. Easy to walk to restaurants/shops and LMC College. Nicely equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen and bathrooms! Beds are comfy! Greatly appreciated the whole house A/C as we were in a heat waive at the time. Host was very responsive. All floors in Banner Elk are quirky unless it’s a place that was just built. It’s part of the charm! The fire suppressant spray in the kitchen is a nice touch in case you need it! This host thinks of everything so you don’t have to! Would definitely stay again!

Very nice property. We had a great stay with no issues. The description of the property was accurate. The only thing is the property isn't walkable for everyone to downtown. It's definitely close enough. It's just the very steep hill you have to navigate that makes it not walkable to all guests.

The views were great and was within walking distance to the college. The host has pretty much everything you can think of provided. Lillian was very easy to communicate with.

We enjoyed our stay a lot! The condo is in a great location, walkable to restaurants and bars in Banner Elk, and about a 15 min drive to Beech Mountain Resort. The host, Lillian, was very responsive.
