The room was great for a family vacation with two kids. The bunk room with the attacked bathroom was perfect for them. The room had everything we needed. The mater bedroom had a great view but the bed was not the most comfortable and the AC didn’t get as cold as we would have liked. The beach access across the street was extremely small and crowded and very hard to find parking, but maybe because of Memorial Day weekend. Not sure what it’s like on a normal summer weekend. It was overall a good stay for the price but I think next time we will pay more to stay on the beach for private beach access.

We loved staying at the palms. The condo was clean and had great views of the gulf. Our boys loved the pool area and I got coffee every morning at the coffeehouse!

Overall great property and location . Tons of activities on the property and around the area. Only recommendation would be to replace the mattress on main bedroom
