Keep it romantic at this peaceful and centrally located place. 3 minutes walk to the quiet beach, 2 minutes walk to beautiful plazas and shopping, 5-8 minutes walk to downtown Coco.

There are two spacious bedrooms with queen size beds for your convenience, open concept kitchen with living/dining area. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners and ceiling fans.

You can enter through main gates to the security and proceed to the unit.

The property was clean but slightly dated. The main room was fairly small and would be inconvenient to accommodate 4 adults, it felt a bit cramped for our family of 3.
There were ACs and fans in the main room and both bedrooms, and it was easy to keep the apartment cool and dry.
The kitchen was well stocked, there were many towels and even beach chairs which was a nice touch.
The coco sunset hills complex was very nice, had a gated parking with security, multiple pools and staff maintaining the common areas.
You can barely see the ocean from the patio but it's a 3 minute walk down the road, so it's easy to go watch the amazing sunset that playa del coco offers.
The host answered us quickly and was helpful throughout our stay.
I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers.

The cover photo is misleading, it is "ocean view" not "ocean front" property. Nice safe gated property with good walking paths and very nice pools. Small but well equipped kitchen, hot water shower and comfortable beds
