- A second bedroom with a king-size bed and large closet.
- A second bathroom with toilet, bathtub, and Italian shower.

GETTING TO THE PROPERTY

Access the property in 30 minutes on foot from the train station, 20 minutes by bus, or via a private chauffeur, which we can arrange for you through our concierge service.
Driving? Free parking is available on the street.

After a few steps on your street, avenue Tristan Bernard, you can quickly:

- Reach Mouré Rouge beach to dip your toes in the water or relax on a terrace with a cocktail.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).

Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.

Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.

After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.

All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
