A full-size kitchen lets you prep your own meals, and the convenience of a washer and dryer adds ease to your stay. We have everything you need for the perfect stay. As you walk into the home, you are greeted with a spacious and open layout and 2 full size beds that are propped up on the living deck...perfect for hearing the ocean waves while you sleep. We offer cable tv as well as smart tv options so you can log into your favorite apps for entertainment. There is a full size kitchen that includes a dishwasher, gas range stove, microwave and large refrigerator to store all your yummy goodies.
The bedrooms boost 1 room with bunk beds for the kids, and another bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed. 1.5 bathrooms and a fabulous patio area with a bbq. There is 2 parking spaces located in the gated garage (tandem), and an in unit washer and dryer.
Check-in is completely contactless. You will be given a door code 2 days prior to arrival. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a professional property management company and will be available 24-7 if any issues arise.
Check-in is virtual, as you`ll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.
Windansea is a neighborhood of La Jolla located just south of the La Jolla Cove. Close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. 11 miles from San Diego International Airport and a short drive to all fun adventures that San Diego has to offer.

-Absolutely no parties or gatherings are permitted at our properties--being overly disruptive to neighbors will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of any monies paid (including your refundable deposit).

Waking up to the ocean view was an absolute treat. The kitchen was well stocked and the property was clean. Perfect size little beach right outside your door and beautiful sunsets right outside your window.

Views were great. We didn't explore any shops. The unit was very clean. Host responded to questions quickly.

This house is in an absolutely beautiful location with stunning views. The apartment was open and spacious with a great living room and kitchen space. The code for garage access never worked for us, but this was a minor issue. We did have some cleanliness issues, which the host was responsive to, however we didn’t have availability to wait for a cleaner to come back out. Overall we were pleased with our stay and would consider staying here again.

Let me start by saying the view was wonderful. However, the photos are misleading. For our family, we wanted to stay beachfront so we could access the beach easily with our kids and not have to find parking or pack our gear for blocks of walking. There is no sand in front of the property. It’s all rock as apparently the tide has risen to a much higher point. We initially had a villa at Hotel Del Coronado that I canceled as this seemed like closer beach access. The owners should change the photo. Second, the air conditioner was broken when we checked in (there was an heat wave that day) and the place would not cool below 80 degrees even with windows open. Our whole family was up most of the night because it was so uncomfortable. 2 of the beds had sand in the sheets so my kids slept in towels until we could wash the bedding. The owner was responsive the following day and brought portable AC units for the home which helped with the temperature but our first 2 days of vacation were pretty miserable. Additionally, There were several times the elevator wouldn’t work and we didn’t have access to stairs- so we had to walk around the block to enter through the parking garage to get our car. We found out the last day that they were doing building maintenance and holding the elevator for long periods. With the final cost being almost 1000 per Night, we definitely did NOT get what we paid for. I do not recommend this place for a luxury rental.
