Newer one bedroom apartment in the loft of a working horse barn, with spectacular views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The farm is situated in a very quiet and private location yet only minutes from the Virginia Horse Center and from downtown Lexington, home to the Virginia Military Institute and Washington & Lee University. The farm is also located only one quarter mile from the "New Field Farm at Timber Ridge" event venue. Enjoy walking the farm fields and woodland trails. Horse boarding facilities are available. You are welcome to bring bicycles.

We had a GREAT experience spending a couple nights at this beautiful location as part of our anniversary celebration. The views were incredible! The rental was extremely clean and comfortable with great decor and special touches/well appointed. This was a peaceful and serene stay. Enjoyed sitting by the fire pit one of the nights. Did some nearby hiking, and walking and dining in town. Enjoyed hiking on the property as well. We really enjoyed watching and visiting with the horses. Morning coffee sitting by the barn, soaking in the scenery was the best. Doris and Dennis responded immediately to our questions regarding the surrounding area and questions about the property. They were excellent hosts, available if needed, but in no way intrusive. It was a privilege to be able to meet and talk with them briefly during our stay. I would highly recommend this stay. Thank you Doris and Dennis!

This was an awesome property. Doris, Dennis and Jake were amazing hosts. The property has views that goes on for miles. The loft was so clean and well decorated and maintained. There was lots of fun things to do in the area or just enjoy the time enjoying a nice fire under the stars.

One of my most favorite vrbo rentals. Location is amazing, the views are surreal, the unit is just perfect for any reason, with its tranquil setting and certainly the host and hostess are the rare blessing of personable, enjoyable and professional. You will NOT be disappointed! This one is a keeper!!!
