In Paray-le-Monial, Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 90 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 7 travelers. It comprises an attractive 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 35 m² living room with sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Separate WC
1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC
2nd floor:
- Bedroom 3: two single beds that can be brought together to form a queen-size bed (160×200) and a single bed.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in the historic center of Paray-le-Monial, on a small, peaceful square planted with trees, right next to the sanctuary. All essential shops are within 150 m of the property, as well as a shopping street with attractive boutiques (clothing, home decoration, etc.).

- Guided tours of the Basilica
- Hiéron and Paul Charnoz museums
- The “Cité Mosaïque”: Paray-le-Monial has held the title of Cité Mosaïque since 2011.
- The Maison de la Mosaïque Contemporaine is a permanent mosaic art and exhibition center, and the place to be.
- Town Hall Maison Jayet
- Walks on the Voie Verte: by bike or electric bike, take the old towpath redeveloped as a cycle route and set off to discover Digoin and its canal bridge as far as the spa town of Bourbon-Lancy.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public parking lot around 50 m from the house.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- PLM bus serving all districts of Paray-le-Monial
- Nearest train station: Paray-le-Monial, 900 m away.
A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.

- Bed linen and towels included.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

Check in process needs work. I had to book an appointment with the host. I showed up early, host never showed. I finally called and they gave me a code to a lockbox. We could have just skipped the whole appointment thing and saved me 40 minutes outside with family in a heatwave waiting for them. Otherwise, the place was fantastic. Kids loved it. It was hot in the heat wave, but at least there were fans.
