The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Beautiful views, comfortable and spacious home with an amazing kitchen. We enjoyed cooking meals for our group. Home layout offers great spaces for hanging out together as well as privacy for sleeping and quieter times.

The Grand Park Luxury home #305 was absolutely beautiful! We had a great stay! The views from the living room, of the mountains, are breathtaking as well. The house is a great setup for multiple families/groups as there is a great space upstairs to let the kids hang while the adults enjoy the first floor. Also, there is plenty of parking thanks to the large garage and driveway. We were a short walk to the Lift bus stop and used it to get to the ski resort as well as when going into town for shopping and eating. I would highly recommend this property and we are now looking to book it for a summer stay as well!
