This modern, lovingly furnished vacation rental—freshly renovated in April 2026—offers approximately 65 m² of living space and is the perfect base for a relaxing vacation on Usedom. The apartment spans two floors and is ideal for families, couples, or friends who value comfort, amenities, and a harmonious atmosphere.
Cozy amenities for relaxing days
Two bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to five people. The cozy living room, with its sofa area, TV, and a selection of books and games, invites you to linger. The fully equipped kitchen—with an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and much more—leaves nothing to be desired. The dining area has a welcoming design, ideal for shared meals. The bathroom features a shower and modern fixtures, including a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror. Additional comforts include a washing machine, Wi-Fi, privacy curtains on all windows, fly screens, and a full-length mirror.
Balcony, Grill & Perfect Starting Point for Exploring
A lovely balcony with an electric grill invites you to relax outdoors—perfect for breakfast in the morning sun or balmy summer evenings. The apartment comes with a private parking space and a bicycle storage room. Shopping options are about 900 m away, and restaurants are about 1.5 km away. Access to public transportation and the train station (both about 650 m away) make for flexible day trips. The vacation rental is an ideal starting point for days at the beach, bike rides, and exploration tours across the island of Usedom.
Highlight
In Loddin, guests can enjoy unspoiled nature: Three neighborhoods (Loddin, Kölpinsee, Stubbenfelde) offer fine sandy beaches, an idyllic harbor on the Achterwasser, and quaint thatched-roof cottages—all with a maritime flair. The cliffside trail to the Loddiner Höft delights visitors with stunning views, wild orchids, and Germany’s northernmost vineyard.
A loop trail around Lake Kölpinsee is perfect for walking, biking, or fishing—ideal for families and nature lovers. The dune promenade, featuring a multigenerational playground, offers hours of relaxation.
