Wonderful location. It is indeed in a cozy neighborhood and only a few blocks from the Colosseum. The host met us at the apartment and walked up through the apt. and gave us the appropriate instructions. We had no problems while there and couldn't have been happier with the location.

Great location with everything you need. Quiet and relaxing area close to the colosseum and other major tourist stops. Being on the first floor is a plus with how many steps you’ll end up walking every day exploring Rome!

A reasonable place to stay if you’re only in the city for a few days. The furnishings are worn down a bit, but OK for just using the place for in and out between sightseeing and sleeping. Great location, you can walk to metro in 5-7 minutes, and most tourist sites within 20. A little noisy in the evenings just from local people moving about, not from any bars or restaurants.Bathroom situation isn’t the best, toilet and sink in one area, shower built in corner of master bedroom. Drain to shower was slow, water backed up 2-3” and there’s mold on the walls that needs a professional cleaning. 2 tiny rolls of TP for 2 people for a 4 day stay…I understand it’s customary to reduce usage in Italy, but cater to the US tourists who pay top ’s for these accommodations and spend 5 euros on providing more. Would I stay here again, probably not but still would recommend to those who don’t have issue with the items we experienced.
