Excellent one-bedroom apartment with air conditioning, well-equipped with everything you need, for 2/4 people in the center of Vila Nova de Milfontes. 100m from the town square, supermarkets, pharmacy and opposite the children's playground. Excellent modern apartment with plenty of space. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a baby bed. Living room with sofa bed and dining area. 1st WC. A large full bathroom with bathtub. 2nd WC in the living room. Here you can have a very comfortable holiday. Suitable for a couple with children.

Opposite the children's playground, with plenty of space for children to play. Rest area. Very quiet building. Access by code for keys. Fast internet to be able to work. We do not rent to groups of young people under 22 years of age.

When I booked this stay, I didn’t realize how many flights of stairs I had to go up to get to the apartment. I do have a disabling condition with my leg so it made getting up and down the stairs very challenging. But if you are able to navigate a lot of stairs, it’s a good place to stay. The apartment was spacious and very roomy and quiet. We enjoyed the close proximity to everything we wanted to do. Our day was in the month of February so it was a bit chilly. There are two space heaters to use to keep the chill off.

Check in was very difficult. Make sure someone meets you to check in. The key is in a lock box inside the building so if the door to the building is locked you can’t get in. We were told it is always open but it almost never was when we were there. Communication is limited.
