We stay at the palms all the time when we go to Seagrove! This unit was beautiful, like the pictures in listing! Property was clean, easy to check in and out of, and the company responded fairly quick to issues that arose. Two suggestion black out curtains for the bedroom, and as a woman/mom I would appreciate a dead bolt or chain lock.

Great location and overall good value—the unit was clean and the community was nice. However, several maintenance issues made the stay frustrating. We arrived to a clogged shower and unsafe-feeling glass doors in the second bathroom. The pull-out couch was broken and unusable, and the bar stools were either damaged or poorly repaired. The kitchen was also lacking basics like knives and had limited, outdated cookware.
It feels like these are things that should be caught during routine checks. With some maintenance and a few upgrades, this could easily be a place we'd stay at again.

The team was very responsive when some courtesy bath and kitchen items had not been placed in condo. I think it might be a good idea to put up black out curtains in bedroom as the outdoor hallway light shining through the blinds was a little bothersome when trying to sleep at night. Condo was beautiful, very clean and in a great location
