The Estrelicia apartment is located in Quinta Terruta, in Salgados. Quinta Terruta is a set of 6 apartments, with swimming pool, parking and spacious garden, shared amongst the 6, which can be rented together for a family of up to 18 people.
All apartments consist of a bedroom with two single beds, which can be converted into a single double bed. The Strelitzia apartment is located on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs, and features a terrace that surrounds it, providing a privileged view of the swimming pool and garden, ideal for outdoor meals!
The Estrelícia apartment, like all apartments at Quinta Terruta, consists of 1 bathroom, 1 spacious living room, 1 dining room and 1 kitchen, it is equipped with air conditioning only in the bedroom.
Located in a very quiet area of Salgados, Quinta Terruta is only 3/5 minutes' drive from the famous Salgados Beach and Galé Beach.
Still in the same direction, the famous Piri-Piri chicken from Guia, the Algarve shopping centre and other services are 10 minutes away.
The famous beaches of São Rafael, Praia dos Arrifes and Praia da Galé, which delight children with the natural pools that form according to the tide, the renowned golf courses or even the quality supermarket "O Apolónia" are just a 5-minute drive away.
Municipal Tourist Tax
Albufeira Municipal Council applies a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night, for guests aged 13 years or over, during the period from 1 April to 31 October, up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights. The view, the garden and pool, the atmosphere and the friendlyness.
Better cleaning of the appartment, balcony and stairs and hallway etc. Mostly sand and leaves and some deep cleaning needed.
Some upgrade of the apartment, kitchen and shower could improve the experience.
