Very cozy and clean spot. Excellent location. Close to downtown Fredericksburg and a straight shot to enchanted rock. I especially love the kitchenette! Kayla was very kind and communicative. I highly recommend you stay here!

This place was really cute! It has new everything and is extremely clean and well cared for. Very easy to check in & out, and close to town. My complaint is the LOUD road noise. It went on until late at night and started up again at 5:00 am. I read reviews of places before I rent them, and I saw nothing mentioning the road noise. It’s the only reason I wouldn’t stay again. The host is great, free snacks, nice place.
