This lovely third floor condo has the best views in the community. See all the way to the Morris Island lighthouse from the balcony and Wild Dunes from the front door. Just steps from the beach, private fishing pier, Isle of Palms County Park, and pool.
The condo has been updated with laminate flooring and tasteful beach decor. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you'll need to whip up a delicious meal.
The cozy bedroom, typical to the Sea Cabins, has a queen size bed and full bathroom access. The hallway includes two cot-style bunk beds, which makes a fun sleeping spot for the kids! There is a queen-sized sofa bed, if needed.
Located in the heart of IOP Front Beach, just steps away from many local shops & restaurants, the Sea Cabins are the perfect place for a family get-a-way or romantic vacation.
The City of Isle of Palms recently announced that they will be conducting a beach renourishment project designed to restore and protect the island's shoreline. The work is planned for July - November 2026, specifically this area September - November. During your summer vacation, you may see construction equipment, pipelines, or temporary work zones on portions of the beach. Work areas will move throughout the project, and beach access may be adjusted in localized sections while construction is underway.

This sweet condo was perfect for our family of three (two adults and an 8 year old). The built in bunk beds are more narrow than a twin and are best suited for kids. The top bunch is not very accessible, I wouldn’t count on that space for sleeping. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable. The condos are in the heart of IOP and walking distance to restaurants, a coffee shop, ice cream, and grocery store. The complex has a private pier, boardwalk beach access, and pool all accessible by a code. The top floor is great for views, but just know you’re walking up steps- no elevator. Additionally, the AC units for the complex are on top of the building and can be heard from inside the unit. Once we realized what it was, we didn’t really notice it.

Our condo was well positioned from the beach. It took 3 minutes to get there. For the two of us, the size was ok. It would be rather small for more. The kitchen was not as equipped as we are used to. Many duplicate utensils. Curiously, they provide a coffeemaker and coffee but no coffee filters. We would stay there again.

Loved the property. Actually, better location/set up than looked on website (great access/view to ocean). Will definitely return when have chance.

Small, outdated. The stairs were a lot with carrying luggage and groceries. Great location and view.
