Cozy is a good word for this property, inside and outside. And the Bunk house was a great addition. We all enjoyed it. Host Ron took care of everything we needed and kept us well informed. We will definitely look for this place on our next trip to the white mountains.Thank you!

Lovely getaway from the Phoenix heat. House was cozy and comfortable, kitchen well stocked and fun to cook in, lots of places to sit outside (especially enjoyed the porch rocking chairs). Teens loved having the bunkhouse to themselves. My dog loved running around and hanging out in the fenced in yard. Our family had no complaints- was perfect - close to stores and hiking but quiet and peaceful. This is a little thing but I really appreciated all the hooks in this place! When you are traveling there are never enough bathroom or entry or bedroom hooks so that was awesome. No complaints-would come back for sure!

property is nice. upon entry we found that the fold out sleeper had not been cleaned in quite a long time as there was a layer of dust under the cushions. the host said that it in fact had been cleaned and acted as if we were being picky. i took pictures as proof. he did send out his cleaning crew to take care of the problem but not after suggesting we go to a hotel instead. the rest of our stay was acceptable.
