117 Beckenham offers guests a spacious open floor plan with plenty of room to rest and relax for your next vacation! This beautifully updated townhome offers a unique enclosed courtyard for extra privacy, complete with multiple sitting areas and a gas grill.
The living area is complete with comfortable furnishings, a Smart TV with built-in Roku guest-mode and access to the patio area. Beyond the living area you'll find a dining table with seating for 6 with extra seating for 2 at the breakfast table off the kitchen. The well-appointed galley kitchen features granite counters and stainless and black appliances.
The main bedroom is uniquely located on the first level. This room has a king bed, Smart TV with Roku guest-mode, access to the patio area, and a luxurious private bathroom with a large tiled walk-in shower.
The two guest rooms are located on the 2nd level. The first guest room has a king bed, while the 2nd guest room has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have Smart TVs with built-in Roku guest-mode and shared access to a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Guests of Beckenham have access to a community pool, and you'll be conveniently located just a five-minute walk from the beach and Westin Resort.
The community pool is open seasonally, typically April 1st - October 1st (weather permitting).
Parking: property allows for 2 cars max.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Comfortable, plenty of room for each person to have their own space. In an area within walking distance to the beach, and some of the beautiful areas to explore.
