Upon checking out of the apartment, the guest must return the keys to the person at the front desk and notify them that their stay has ended.

The guest must pay for electricity usage. The electricity meter reading is taken upon check-in and subtracted upon check-out; the electricity charge is calculated as the difference in kWh multiplied by 10 in Uruguayan pesos or at the daily exchange rate in U.S. dollars. Guests must also pay for linen cleaning in Uruguayan pesos or at the daily exchange rate in U.S. dollars.

Additionally, the cleaning performed in the apartment during your stay consists solely of a general cleaning of the floors, bathrooms, and making the bed. Kitchen utensils, dishes, and appliances are provided in excellent hygienic condition. The building staff does not clean these items. An additional fee will be charged if the kitchen is not found in the same condition as when it was initially handed over.
