PLUNGE CITY is built for families and friend groups who want to gather outside as much as inside, with enough bedrooms and bathrooms that nobody has to share a couch or wait in line for a shower. It books well on VRBO for multi-family trips, reunions, and longer group stays that need real space to unwind.



Downstairs, an open-concept kitchen with a large island and stainless appliances flows into the living room and dining area, so whoever's cooking never misses the conversation. The main floor stays open for the crowd, while a staircase off the kitchen leads up to all four bedrooms.



Outside is where this house really delivers: a private Balboa hot tub, a full mini golf course, and a covered balcony strung with seating under a neon "sip back and relax" sign overlooking the city. The home includes an attached garage, giving families traveling with multiple vehicles secure, easy parking. Rideshare is the simplest way into downtown Nashville and Broadway from here, and the surrounding streets are easy to navigate for drop-off and pickup
