Nancy was great right from the time I booked. Answered any and all questions I had very quickly. Check in process was smoother than I could have imagined. A snack gift basket was waiting for me and my children upon arrival. Very sweet owners and super clean property. We will be back again for sure

House was listed as 2 bedroom, 2 baths. Bedrooms were good & comfortable, but found it had 1 and 1/2 baths, not 2 full baths. Bathrooms desperately need towel bars to hold and dry towels after using. Appliances were very nice, especially stove/oven and refrig. Microwave needed a light bulb replaced in order to see stovetop controls (used a flashlight to see). Kitchen well equipped and living and dining rooms very comfortable & pleasant. Heat worked well on cooler nights & plenty of hot water. Location is really convenient and nice: close to downtown North Conway, Conway, etc and lots of sites to see such as Mt Washington, Santa’s Village, covered bridges, antique and country stores, numerous mountain ”notches” , waterfalls, hiking trails, restaurants of many varieties, art galleries & it goes on and on to meet your likes. House was comfy & large enough for families, etc. Quite nice!

We had an amazing stay at the cabin this week! It’s so cozy and spacious with everything you need for a family vacation. The location is perfect for skiing adventures and restaurants (we did King Pine and Cranmore this trip). We can’t wait to return!
