Our Dresden Annenstraße vacation rental is located in the heart of the Inner Old Town, in a prime downtown location. A supermarket (100 m), a bakery (150 m), a shopping mall (200 m), and various restaurants are all nearby. The underground parking garage is located directly below the building. There is direct access to public transportation at the Postplatz stop (150 m). The vacation apartment is ideal for both short city getaways and longer business trips.

The vacation apartment is very centrally located right on Postplatz. Dresden’s famous sights, such as the Zwinger, the Semper Opera House, the Palace with the Green Vault, the Cathedral, the Procession of the Princes, the “Weiße Flotte” steamboat pier, the Frauenkirche with historic Neumarkt, Altmarkt with the Striezelmarkt during Advent, and various shopping malls are all within a 10-minute walk.

It’s just a 15-minute walk from the main train station to the vacation apartment.
You can also easily reach more distant destinations by tram. From the main train station, take the S1 S-Bahn to reach the spa town of Rathen in Saxon Switzerland—home to the famous Bastei—in 34 minutes, or, in the other direction, take the S1 to Meissen, home to its porcelain manufactory, in 37 minutes.

The vacation rental features a spacious bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped. This includes a stove with range hood, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, as well as dishes and silverware, etc. The living area features a dining table with four chairs. The cozy sofa is perfect for relaxing, and the 55-inch TV provides entertainment. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and a wardrobe.

When the weather is warm, a table and chairs on the balcony invite you to linger. The hallway offers plenty of space for a coat rack. The entire vacation rental is equipped with underfloor heating.
