Welcome to Villa Zeitlos, a modern destination for anyone who appreciates a relaxing stay on the Baltic Sea. Eleven high-end vacation apartments, including two exclusive penthouse units, offer the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation as well as for focused work away from the daily grind. 4K TVs, cozy sofa sets, and underfloor heating for cooler days are just as much a part of the amenities as free Wi-Fi in all apartments.

Each vacation apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, and dishwasher, so you can prepare your own meals at your leisure. The manageable number of units also ensures a pleasant, family-like atmosphere that stands in stark contrast to the hustle and bustle of larger complexes.

The location on Seestraße places guests in close proximity to the Baltic Sea coast—ideal for beach walks, water sports, or simply relaxing with a view of the sea. The surrounding towns, with their cozy charm, also invite you to explore, while the nearby Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Bad Doberan offer cultural highlights.

Whether for a family vacation, a romantic getaway for two, or a quiet retreat for work-related projects, Villa Zeitlos offers the perfect apartment to suit every need. With its thoughtfully designed amenities and quiet yet well-connected location, it combines comfort and relaxation on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Baltic Sea coast.
Located directly on the dike in Börgerende-Rethwisch, the 68 m² Vacation Apartment 1 at Villa Zeitlos accommodates up to 4 guests. Thanks to its prime beachfront location, the beach is just a few steps away—ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy the sea and the fresh Baltic Sea air every day.

The apartment features two bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a cozy living room with a seating area. The fully equipped kitchen with a dining area includes a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, making it easy to prepare meals on your own. A terrace is available for relaxing outdoors. Families with small children will appreciate the high chair provided.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a stereo system, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Free parking is available on-site, but a private vehicle is recommended due to the location. The apartment is designated as a non-smoking area; unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
