Guest Review: "We absolutely LOVE your home! They had everything we needed and the home is very clean and cozy! We will be spending our 1st Christmas away from home. We even have a Christmas tree to put presents under for our Kids. We will definitely recommend your home to all of our friends and family."
"P.S. The tree was a great addition - wouldn't be Christmas without it" - Grace

I booked six months ahead for this trip. The payment due dates came and went, and no payments were deducted. I didn't receive check-in instructions either, so I tried to reach out to the host repeatedly in the days leading up to the trip. Customer service put me in touch with her the day of check-in and she informed me she had emailed me instructions directly instead of using the app, because she doesn't use VRBO? I found them in my Junk folder. We arrived at the house after dark and according to the emailed instructions we were to enter the house with a code. We couldn't find any device or lockbox to enter a code, and miraculously a back door was unlocked. We found a key inside on the counter. After checkout, we were charged a different amount than the VRBO total. It was less, so that's one thing I won't complain about... but it wasn't what I was expecting. Experience was weird and not the usual VRBO experience.
