● Waikiki Grand Hotel Plumbing Construction Notice:
To ensure the long-term comfort of our guests, the Waikiki Grand Hotel will be undergoing vital plumbing improvements from mid-July through late December 2026, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. With no work on Weekends, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas Day. Daytime noise and activity should be expected.
● Please note that our rates have already been significantly discounted for this period, and no additional discounts before, during or after will be given. If you’re planning to spend your daytime relaxing inside the hotel, we recommend checking dates outside this window to ensure you have the best experience possible.
● Since most of the activity occurs during the day, it’s the perfect excuse to spend your 8-to-5 hours exploring the beauty of Waikiki Beach, hiking Diamond Head, or enjoying local excursions!
● If your travel plans require a quiet environment during daytime hours, we completely understand and suggest considering alternative dates so you can fully enjoy your stay with us!

Stayed Waikiki 3 nights. Hotel is funky and quirky but loved it. It’s definitely a vintage hotel but pretty well maintained, clean and good laid back front deck service. It’s Waikiki of course and there is a bar on second floor so can be loud, expect it as if you were in a room right off bourbon street, it’s kinda the charm of the area right on the beach. The street and beach noise can be loud till 11, with hoots and hollers from the street/beach till 2am. I had no trouble sleeping but was woken a few times. If your uptime with anxiety and need silence, book something 2-3 blocks from the beach. I loved it for a short stay. Great view of diamond head and beach and steps from the sand.

Room is simple, but not a departure from the pictures, they represent it accurately. Location is excellent for boogie boarding at the wall, which is also an awesome chill beach for hanging out daily.
