Ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs, this single-level home features an inviting open-concept layout, a bright and well-appointed kitchen, free Wi-Fi, comfortable coastal décor, and sliding glass doors that open onto a private patio. The primary suite includes a king bed and a large ensuite bathroom with a relaxing soaking tub, perfect after a day at the beach or pool. Available year-round, this property is well-suited for multi-generational family vacations, holidays, and corporate retreats.
Located in The Grande at Canal Pointe, the community offers beautifully landscaped grounds, scenic walking paths, and an unbeatable location east of Route 1—less than two miles from the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, a leisurely bike ride to downtown, and just minutes from the tax-free Tanger Outlets. Guests enjoy access to two community pools (typically open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day), two clubhouses, two gyms, a fenced-in playground, and tennis and basketball courts. The Junction and Breakwater Trail sits directly across from the community entrance, providing easy access for biking into Rehoboth Beach for dining, shopping, and oceanfront fun.
Parking is unassigned, with ample availability throughout the community. Amenities include ceiling fans, hardwood flooring, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, central air, and full use of community recreational facilities. Please note that no pets or smoking are permitted, and the HOA requires a seven-night minimum stay with no partial-week rentals. Linens are not supplied, but a rental package is available.

2nd year in this unit. It is well maintained and a really nice place. King size bed is hard as a board but that is our only complaint.

Nice place very clean. Needs a little attention. Clothes dryer didn’t heat so clothes take long time to dry, shower in main bath drains very slowly causing water to backup, all but 1 light bulb was burned out in kitchen. Seems like cleaning staff should report these issues. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Very nice and clean condo apartment, close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping.
Has a fully equipped kitchen, new appliances and very clean. I gave a four because they really need to change the mattresses, bothered all of our backs. Also, the dryer is not efficient, needs to run twice to have the clothes dry completely. Overall a gray stay. Loved the pool!
