Located in the Gorgeous Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort, this villa in Admirals Row is a top floor end unit affording wonderful cross breezes while watching the sunset. The resort includes 2 onsite pools, 2 bars/restaurants, sand volleyball court with access to 9 fully lighted tennis courts, 2 Pickle ball courts and on-site bike rentals. Our villa has a fully equipped kitchen including ice machine, coffee pot, Features a large Private open air balcony patio with great ocean view —Living room with surround sound Unit including DVD player and hi-speed WIFI. comfortable sleeper sofa and double reclining sofa. Unit also includes beach chairs, umbrella, 2 boogie boards and beach wagon. There is Mini-Golf located minutes from unit next to Carrabba’s Italian grill.

Overall, the condo was in great shape. Kitchen, Bedrooms, bathrooms were all good, and YOU CAN'T BEAT THE LOCATION! 4-minute walk to the ocean, and I mean, dipping your toes in the water in 4 minutes! The satellite pool is right outside the entrance, so that's a 1-minute walk to water. The unit is absolutely amazing. The gorgeous ocean views from the balcony were a huge plus! Unit had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, etc.Now, here comes the not so gorgeous part: the "resort" itself is really dated, the food at the main on-site restaurant was not food at all, and it was VERY EXPENSIVE! The employees were very curt, almost annoyed if you asked them even one question. The elevator broke the day we were leaving, and the security guard informed us it will be down for the rest of the day, being Sunday. The 4th floor unit location made for a fun parting exercise the day we left, lol. Oh, and they failed to mention that all 2nd and 3rd floor condos and hallways were being worked on during every day, replacing old sprinkler piping and drywall ceilings in units and hallways. Nothing like hearing and seeing boom trucks dumping drywall and plaster boards all day long right next to the satellite pool. Oh, and the dust, that's fun! Great unit, but the resort needs some work and "training".

The condo was beautiful and had everything you need for a beach getaway! Mike and Linda are amazing hosts.

Curtains on the windows and doors in the front. The lighting was very damn throughout the house and there were only six coat hangers for the entire unit. I could go on, but that will be enough.
