This house has two of everything in the well equipped kitchen! Beautiful ocean views. Lots of seating for family dining.

We brought our whole family (12 of us--ages 6-74) to this wonderful property. We LOVED it! The location so close to the beach was awesome! We were able to even see dolphins from the balcony. The pool and hot tub were also hits! The kitchen was great--so roomy and well-equipped. It was so nice having two refrigerators and two dishwashers. And there was plenty of space to spread out and eat at the large table or counter.It was nice having so many bedrooms which fit our family well. The only negative would be that one queen-size bed was very saggy and should be replaced. The house had plenty of space for anyone that needed their own space for awhile. Also, the two washers/dryers came in very handy throughout the week.Being so close to a grocery store and shopping area was a bonus as well. We rented bikes that were nice to ride on the paved path. We did have some issues with the A/C. One day the top floor was very hot but had quick response when notified Seaside Vacations and it was fixed in a timely manner.However, the second floor stayed so cold no matter how high we tried to set the thermostat. It pretty much stayed at 65-67 degrees our entire stay but we were thankful for extra blankets. All in all, this property was the perfect location and had everything we needed to make many family memories!

The property was very clean. It was spacious and well appointed. Fantastic location right on the beach. Beach access could use a little maintenance (pricker bushes). The kitchen was in fantastic shape. The only problem with the kitchen was the tripping hazard entering it - when they remodeled the kitchen they clearly did not remove the old floor and put in a high transition strip, that had everyone tripping. Fortunately, nobody was injured. There was one queen bedroom on the second floor at the end of the hall that had an unusable mattress. The top floor HVAC unit needs replacing which the homeowner is aware of as they had supplemental window units that just can’t keep up with the heat, but there were no issues with the ground or second floor AC. Everyone had a great time!
