Great family location, we do not cater to a "spring break" crowd. DOG FRIENDLY BUT DOGS ARE NOT TO BE LEFT ALONE. Neighborhood consists of full time homeowners, apartments, hotels restaurants and convenience store and other vacation rentals. We provide beach gear, EV charger, AC, fire pit, outdoor shower. NO TV or WASHER/DRYER.

Ideal location walking distance to the beach and Carlsbad Village for great restaurants and shops. The unit is spotless with a very private courtyard oasis with relaxing water features, peaceful chimes, table and chairs for dining, seating around fire pit, beautifully painted murals, and complete fencing to keep your pup safe. Host is kind and responsive. Second time I have had the pleasure of staying here, and would definitely recommend and return.

Truly had the greatest time in this beautiful home! It has been equipped to allow you enjoy Carlsbad like a local. The location is perfect and the private patio with fire pit is such an oasis. So thankful to have enjoyed this stunning home!
