Holidays are about doing what you love and spending time with family and friends is always top of that list. This beautifully presented 3-bedroom house with an integral 2-bedroom adjoining annex is the perfect holiday home to get together. With its large social spaces and flexible lay out, it is sure to meet everyone's needs.
Located a few minutes walking distance from the beach and just a short stroll from the centre of this beautiful village with its restaurants and bars. Spend the morning in the sea or soaking up the sun at the beach, pop home for lunch (or an afternoon nap!) before taking a wander into the village to soak up the atmosphere or grab a bite to eat.
The main property has three bedrooms. The master, with super-king bed can also be used as an office space and has a desk provided. An additional twin room and triple bunk room (double bed with single bunk) complete the sleeping accommodation.
There is a family bathroom with shower, WC and bath. There is also a separate WC and an additional shower room located in the garage, great for washing off the sand after a day at the beach.
The spacious kitchen has direct access to the dining area, and a separate utility area is great for storing your beach equipment and outdoor gear.
A luxurious living room has plenty of seating options for a cosy night in. Double doors from the lounge, connect to the dining area with a large dining table, great for family meals, additional social seating and views across the garden.
Access to the annex accommodation is via the dining area. This is a fully self-contained unit with its own access and garden area, kitchen, shower room and lounge. A further twin room and a double bedroom complete the accommodation.
If you fancy a day of rest and quiet, the enclosed private gardens are a great place for relaxing in the sun or alfresco dining. Grab a book, an ice-cold drink, sit back and relax!
If you love the great outdoors, there are endless coastal walks to be explored all offering spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and neighbouring villages. Take a wander up to Baggy Point, grab a coffee from the vibrant local surf café and take a stroll to nearby Putsborough or Woolacombe.

We had a wonderful family holiday here. We were a group of 8, three generations from 82 to 5 years old. We have stayed regularly in north Devon for our family holiday and this has been the best property we have stayed at. It is spacious and well maintained. We particularly liked the large dining area for games as well as eating. The kitchens are exceptionally well equipped. We come primarily for the beach and it is close to the beach. The facilities in and around the garage made it easy to rinse off wet suits etc on returning from the beach. The extra shower in the garage was a welcome then too. We contacted the managers about a very small issue over the riser for one of the shower heads and it was dealt with promptly. Everyone wants to return next year.
The shops and restaurants in Croyde are only a short walk away and there is a small shop nearby at the camp site if necessary. We used our cars only for a few excursions.
We went home very relaxed and unstressed.

A perfect property for a family Christmas. The property was beautifully furnished and really well equipped . We were a family comprising of grandparent to teenagers and 4 dogs. There was plenty of room for all of us and 2 lounges enabled everyone to have space. The dining area was ideal for eating, chatting and generally spending social time together . It was a short walk to the beach and the local pub. The kitchen was really well equipped and we were able to prepare a Christmas dinner for 8 with no problems. with parking for 3 cars it just ticked every box on our list.
