Escape to Littlecreek, a secluded log cabin tucked away on 40 private acres in East Texas. All 40 acres are yours to enjoy during your stay—no other rental cabins, residents, or guests sharing the property. It’s a peaceful place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy nature without the crowds.
Explore wooded trails, watch for deer and other wildlife, or spend time beside our stocked 1-acre pond. Fishing is catch-and-release with host permission. Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a fishing trip with friends, Littlecreek offers privacy, comfort, and room to unwind.
We’re just 6 miles from Lake O’ the Pines and approximately 25 minutes from historic Jefferson, Texas.
THE SPACE
Our two-bedroom, two-bath log cabin accommodates up to six guests and offers the comforts of home in a quiet country setting.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom features two full-size bunk beds.
Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, smart TVs with streaming options, Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer.
ENHANCED INDOOR AIR FILTRATION
Littlecreek features a state-of-the-art air filtration system, an added comfort for guests who appreciate cleaner indoor air. We invested in this system to help make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, especially for travelers who are mindful of indoor air quality.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES
Enjoy the covered pavilion, propane grill, fire pit, horseshoes, wooded trails, and fishing pond. Grill dinner, relax around the fire, or enjoy your morning coffee while watching for deer near the pond.
There’s plenty of parking for trucks and boats, making Littlecreek a convenient home base for fishing trips and tournaments at nearby Lake O’ the Pines.
GUEST ACCESS — ALL 40 ACRES ARE YOURS
You’ll have access to the entire cabin and all 40 private acres during your stay. You will not share the property with other vacation rentals, residents, or guests.
The circular driveway makes it convenient to enter and leave with a boat or trailer. Electrical access is available for charging boat batteries.
PETS WELCOME — NO PET FEE
We welcome pets at Littlecreek without charging an additional pet fee. Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing animals and agree to follow our pet policy.
Please clean up after your pets, dispose of waste in the trash, and prevent damage to the cabin and property. Keep pets from urinating on the cabin logs, porches, or pavilion.
If pets are allowed on beds or furniture, please use the provided Petami protective blankets from the hall closet. A vacuum and waste bags are available for your convenience.
Pets left alone inside the cabin must be crated. Please supervise pets outdoors and prevent them from chasing or disturbing wildlife.
Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply when necessary.
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW
* No hunting or shooting is permitted anywhere on the property.
* Fishing in the pond is catch-and-release and requires host permission.
* No smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the cabin. If evidence of smoking, vaping, or drug use is found inside the cabin, your $200 security deposit may be withheld to cover any additional cleaning or damage costs. If smoking outdoors, please keep cabin doors closed and dispose of all smoking materials properly and safely. Do not leave cigarette butts or other smoking materials on the ground.
* Cell service can be spotty, although Verizon generally works in the area. Wi-Fi is available at the cabin.
* The country road leading to Littlecreek can become rougher during bad weather. Please drive carefully.

Little Creek was fabulous! It was super clean and well stocked. The property is beautiful and peaceful. If you want to get off the grid, this is the place! We enjoyed quiet days and star-filled nights. The ducks are great, and we loved the awesome tree swing! Katie was a wonderful hostess with great communication!

Country Heaven on Earth! My husband and our pups stayed here for one night while we were on a long drive to our final vacation destination. Don’t be deterred by the winding dirt road because this property is amazing and well-maintained. You’ve got a stocked pond with ducks. Nice outside seating with grill. Scenic views from every window in the house.

Little Creek is exceptional and the host is as well. The place is just as described and in a gorgeous location. Very secluded and private. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed plus extra blankets and sheets. This will be our go to place from here on out when we come back to East Tx. Thanks for a wonderful experience

From the moment you pull through the gated property, you are sucked in to the peacefulness. The four resident ducks met us at the side patio. We love the fact that we can park right next to the patio to carry your things inside with no steps to maneuver. The inside reminds of the cabins you might find in Broken Bow without the long drive. A nice leather sofa and leather recliner provide comfortable seating while watching the large screen tv. I love the big windows that go almost to the floor allowing for my dog to look out and watch nature. On the front porch you will have ceiling fans that make sitting out in the rocking chairs just relaxing or reading a book a reality even on hot days. One of my favorite spots is the pergola. We didn't use the big grill out on the concreted pergola, but I sat there listening to birds and my Audible book and actually fell sound asleep. There is a constant breeze even on still days that blows through the large table and chair area out there. Even though there were only two of us, we loved that there were two bathrooms. I didn't have to share the counter tops for the win. The king size bed is so comfortable that I did not want to get up in the mornings. We didn't use the bunk beds in the second bedroom, but the room was cool. We have been here three times and it is a guarantee that we will return to detach from all the chaos and demands from our regular schedules. Katie is the absolute best and you will not regret visiting her beautiful home.
