Everything was great. The only negative thing was the parking situation. So I recommend not traveling in more than two vehicles because additional parking is very hard to find.

The property was great for our multi family vacation and fulfilled our needs. The only “issue” was the grill was not working properly.

Would definitely stay here again! We enjoyed this place very much! Thank you for providing a great place for vacation!

Accommodations were sufficient and would be great for a large group. I am very particular about some things so if you are not, just skip this part. Several of the rugs should be replaced and are visibly stained and over used. The carpet (very worn) and rugs in bathroom and kitchen were the biggest negatives. These things give a feeling of the place being unclean, even if it's perfect. It should be noted that the bathrooms were very clean, which for most people is more important than the carpet and rugs. The development is not a luxury resort, so if you're looking for that, this is not your place. Neighbors were loud on a few nights and one night the police came (the party goers immediately left and things calmed down at 1am). The owner was responsive to all communications and overall I think it was priced fairly.
