NEW CONSTRUCTION! This is the place you have been looking for to escape it all! This house is 3/4 a mile to the beach and one mile to the St. Simons Pier and Village area. That's just the beginning! At Sandy Toes Cottage you will enjoy the all-new construction, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath house that is located at the end of a very quiet street on a cul-de-sac.

We had 6 adults and 4 children-ages 12, 10, 7, and 2.5 years. This house was great and accommodated everyone. We were allowed to check in a little early, which was nice.The house was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed! Plenty of beach towels, chairs, kitchen items (trash bags, dishwasher pods, lots of spices.) There is a nice Blackstone grill that we used several nights. The beds are comfy!! The kids loved their bunk room! Everyone had their own bathroom.We only had one issue, and it was taken care of immediately. Ryan is a great host and communicates well! He answered a lot of my questions even before we arrived! We would stay here again! Short golf cart drive to the beach and managed to find a parking spot every single day! We had so much fun! It was a great family vacation!
