All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

Our stay was excellent! The fact that the place was pretty much brand new guaranteed it. Service and communication were swift and friendly. Location was very convenient. It is part of a larger golf community and has onsite restaurant and pizzeria too. We did not golf or use the restaurant but it was good to know that it was there. The pool is under construction but they gave us privileges to two other community pools. I would definitely consider staying again.

We enjoyed our visit at the beach it wasn't too far to go to beach. The place was great it wasn't too far to other places like grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. The place itself was great looked almost new and it was clean. I would definitely stay again.
