• Some amenities may be seasonal and subject to availability—please contact us for specific dates and details
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
Note: Only two cars are allowed per unit. Contact the office with any questions.

This was a nice place in general and good location. Towels, wash cloths, toilet paper and cooking supplies (pots, pans) were very limited. You may consider bringing your own pillows as these were very thick.For pool access you need to pickup at convention center between 9AM - 5PM and pay a security deposit.
