Guest Access:

Make yourself at home—the entire apartment is yours for your stay.



The apartment is set up for self-check in through a combination lock or a lockbox. The instructions to access the property will be sent to you by email and / or text message in the days before your arrival



**The front balcony is out of use and is not accessible**



The Neighborhood:

The Hochelaga-Maisonneuve neighborhood (HoMa) is one of Montreal's most interesting places. With a mix of long-time residents and young people, this area features both trendy establishments within walking distance and a little bit of grit around the edges. In many ways, it feels like a village within the city, though downtown is just a 15-20 minute metro ride away.



Young families and curious minds alike will find plenty of ways to fill their days at the nearby Space for Life (Espace Pour la Vie) Museum. See the night sky in all its glory at the planetarium, discover an array of ecosystems the biodome, or witness butterflies and arthropods take wing at the insectarium.

Your reservation will result in you receiving a link for ID verification (Valid ID, agreement to rental contract, and security deposit that could go up to 2$). This needs to be done prior to receiving your guest guide and access codes to the property. The latter will be sent to you through another link a few days prior to your arrival.



For all your questions or concerns, there is always someone available to respond quickly to all emails or messages during our office hours from 8am to 8pm local time (for more urgent matters, we are also easily reachable by phone).

Pets: Please note that we only accept dogs, with a maximum of 2 per reservation. They must be added to the reservation in advance, as a pet fee applies. If a pet is brought without being declared on the reservation, an automatic penalty of $300 per animal will be charged.



Guests: Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to access the chalet and its facilities. No additional visitors are allowed unless they have been declared and have paid the daily guest fee (price per person / per day).
