Spacious and welcoming, Villa Luigi offers the perfect environment for families and groups, with large rooms and all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay. The living room is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped to meet your every need. In summer, guests can enjoy the seasonal raised swimming pool, open from June to September. The house opens onto a beautiful green park, an ideal area for walks, relaxation and outdoor games.

In the park in front of the accommodation, you will find a table tennis table and a basketball court, perfect for having fun with friends and family in a natural and rejuvenating environment. An excellent opportunity to enjoy the surrounding greenery while engaging in sports!

Luigi and Rita are very heartwarming and welcoming guests with a very big heart and equipment for children. I definetely reccommend their place especially for families. The best attraction was their sweet dog Theo. We will come back :)

Great accommodation, nicely designed and everything there what is needed. Owners are really kind, child friendly and supportive. Good pizzeria close to the appartment with play ground. We will definiteley stay there again once we will travel to the island in the future.

We stayed for just 4 nights at this beautiful apartment- next time we would stay longer. The hosts are charming and welcoming, the neighbourhood is quiet, there is an excellent bar/restaurant/pizza on the nearest corner, and the local bus stops there if you want a day in Cagliari without driving and parking.
