Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit 304 is a very spacious two bedroom/ two bath condo located on the 3rd floor of the Breakers East building.
Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious 30ft balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. Complimentary WIFI provided. Features: master bedroom - king size bed, blackout drapes, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; master bathroom - bathtub/shower combination, double vanity; 2nd bedroom-(2) queen size beds, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; 2nd bathroom has walk-in shower, single vanity; living room - (2) queen size sleeper sofas, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; kitchen-fully equipped; full size washer & dryer in the condo.
(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) -(Monthly rates do not include beach setup)
Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.
No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.
Breakers East Association does not allow setup of large canopies or tents on the Breakers East beach.
Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.
Minimum age of primary renter: 25
Check-in:4 pm central time
Checkout:10 am central time

Area was easy to locate. All attractions and restaurants were very close. Area was well maintained. The view as well as the first impression of the property and condo was impeccable. The furniture was up to date and beds were very comfortable. All kitchen utensils and pots were provided. The host was very responsive and provided a quick resolution to a small issue. Area was super secure. We felt like royalty walking into a private beach with chairs and umbrellas provided at a small cost. If possible we will return for our next vacation hopefully soon. My husband and I need a vacation alone!!!!!

It was our second stay at Breakers East but first for room 304. We loved everything about it and will probably be back for the same room next year!

The place was clean, but had a mildew, musty oder that made me not want to be inside. The location to everything was wonderful! The beds were so comfortable, just sad to have to go back in and try to relax in the smell.
